Yummy and too easy bean salad

This bean salad is fab - easy, quick, and adaptable.

I love Goya products, and grabbed four cans of different beans - Kidney beans, Cannelini, Black beans, and white beans. After researching several different recipes for bean salad, this is what I came up with. It is so tasty, and got great reviews from more than a few friends.


Ingredients:
1 can of black beans
1 can of white beans
1 can of kidney beans
1 can of cannelini beans
1 small package of frozen lima beans
1 can of sweet corn, drained
1 large tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, pressed
1 tbsp thyme
2 tbsp peanut oil
1/4 tsp Mongolian fire oil (or another hot sauce)
1/2 tsp sugar

Drain beans, and rinse in a colander to remove excess oil.
Mix beans with all other ingredients, and marinate for at least 2 hours.
