Amy and Adam Korst of Dallas, Oregon can be an inspiration to all of us. They have managed to produce almost no trash within an entire year! While not all of us may be able to manage this highly efficient lifestyle, the Korsts hope others can at least make conscious decisions to buy products that have no packaging or at least recyclable packaging. If we all make little changes, the impact on the environment can really add up. Think about how much less trash would go into landfills if every person took steps to throw less away. Read more about Amy and Adam's story and even tips on using less trash on their blog.

Wow! Thanks for sharing this! I am often dismayed by the amount of trash our family of 6 creates. I will spend some time here looking for ideas and just may have to feature them on my blog, too!
High five!
This is so inspirational!
I have been working and making conscious decisions about reducing our trash/ recycling what we can and most importantly reducing unnecessary consumption which ultimately leads to wastage.
I would love to mention your story/video on our Facebook page. (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=88208220879&ref=mf#!/group.php?gid=88208220879&ref=mf)
